Our whole cozy beach pad is available for you to enjoy which includes; open plan living/dining area, a small but vast kitchen, a cozy sitting area around our open fire place, 4 bedrooms, a central bathroom/laundry with shower & toilet. 2 outdoor decks, large fully fenced backyard and off street parking for 1-2 vehicles

You will have access to our entire home.
Please note for group bookings; we only have one small bathroom which also houses the toilet & washing machine.
We have a small amount of steps to access the property — so this listing might not suit those who have mobility issues.

Other things to note

Please note, our property is suitable for children and our fury pooches (dogs). However additional costs for cleaning may be applicable in some cases and we house many soft furnishings that may need to be considered when booking with small children.

We stock a basic pantry , which includes: Ground Coffee Beans, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, small condiments and marshmallows to toast around the open fire. The IGA supermarket is a mere 200m walk for all your extra supplies and fresh produce.

Amenities in our kitchen include a 4 burner stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, baking trays & casserole dishes, hand mixer, sandwich press, microwave, kettle, and toaster and all utensils. We also have a plunger coffee maker including 4 varieties of ground coffee and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Take your pick!

On our main deck we have a large barbecue, gas heater, umbrella, hot tub & bar fridge. We also offer a foam surfboard to use at your leisure.

We also have a porter cot and a high chair for the littlest of ones, please mention this upon booking if required.

We have an enhanced cleaning routine due to the coronavirus, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We also have a Covid-19 Safety Plan and our guest and team safety is our top priority.
